Barossa Rodeo is proudly hosted on private property by a small group of friends from the Southern Barossa Valley. Our goal is to create a safe, family-friendly, without the big price tag, event that’s packed with entertainment and fun for everyone. LOCATION & GETTING HERE
The Barossa Rodeo is held on private property at Barossa Helicopters, near Lyndoch in South Australia.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

No camping is permitted at the venue

Attendees bags will be inspected at the gate

Security will be present throughout the event

No event pass-outs

All guests are expected to behave respectfully

The event operates under licensed conditions (no BYO alcohol)

Failure to comply with event conditions may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue.

Accident or Incident?

First Aid responders and a veterinarian will be onsite throughout the event.

Security
Event security will be patrolling throughout.
Please be respectful—they are here to ensure a safe event for everyone.
Biosecurity
If you are feeling unwell or suspect you may transmit a communicable disease, please do not attend the event.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
Photography & Social Media

We understand that mobile phone photography and social media sharing are common, but we ask that you do not post images that could be incriminating to the event organisers, competitors, or spectators.

If you are a professional photographer wishing to take photos for resale, please contact the event organisers prior to the event.

FOOD I STALLS I DRINKS
LICENCED BAR
Beverages – Non-alcoholic options include soft drinks and bottled water. For those who enjoy a drink, beer, wine, and spirits (local where possible) will be available. - NO BYO!

COMPETITOR INOFRMATION
How do I enter as a competitor?
To compete at the Barossa Rodeo, all participants must be either a Day Member or Full Member of the Australian Professional Rodeo Association (APRA). You can find membership details and sign up here:

All entries and prize money payouts are managed through the APRA Member Portal.
